Hansraj Kumawat
Hansraj Kumawat is an accomplished craftsman and he has been practising the art form for years now. He has been a scholar of Fine Arts and has been participating in dozens of shows, training programs and live experiences. He has also taught as a guest faculty at several art schools and colleges. He pursues sculpting in all the earthly natural materials and mediums: stone, metal, clay, wood and terracotta and modern man-made materials such as cement and fibreglass. He has accolades of awards and prizes in his name.

Clay Sculpting is essentially creating a 3D Art with clay. There are more than 10 types of clay used for sculpting. Clay is highly versatile, extremely fun to work with, and an ideal modelling material for a beginner as well as a seasoned sculptor. Clay sculpting is a great way to ignite your creativity. Sculpting requires a great deal of attention and hand work for fine and polished figures.

Other Things to Know
- The experience happens at the artist’s home. The meeting point is shared once you book the experience if you want to know the travelling distance.
- Since making a portrait is a time consuming process, in the 3 hour Clay Sculpting workshop, all the participants (up to 4) will work in a group to make a single clay portrait sculpture.
- You cannot take home the sculpture after the experience, since it takes time to dry and the cost of it is not included, so you have to buy it.
- If you are a group of more than 4 people who want to take the experience, connect with us directly.
- If you like any artworks that you see at the artist’s place during the experience, you can directly shop from the artist.
